- DADanial AhmedSep 29, 20261.0I ordered an iPhone 18 Pro Max in Glacier, and unfortunately my experience with Sky Mobile has been really disappointing.I have already paid the upfront payment for the phone, but I still have not received a proper order confirmation email, and there has been no clear progress or update on my order. The system appears to be extremely slow, and there is very little communication with customers.I have contacted Sky Customer Services several times by email regarding my order, but I have not received any proper response or update. As a customer who has already paid upfront, I expect much better communication and transparency about the status of my order.Overall, this has been a really frustrating and disappointing experience. Sky needs to improve its customer service, response times, and order-tracking system. I just want a clear update on when my phone will actually be processed and delivered.
