- RCR C1 day ago1.0Sky Mobile are an absolute disgrace. They lie about escalating complaints, hang up on customers, repeatedly close complaints without fixing anything, and refuse to take responsibility. Outsourced support that seems more interested in getting rid of customers than actually helping them. Weeks of a broken service, endless repeated troubleshooting, and absolutely nothing done. Avoid this shambles of a company.

- KSKatie SteddonSep 1, 20261.0Went into today to ask about upgrading my phone which I thought would be easy considering they offer smart upgrades on the app and so I thought in store would be even easier. Our server told me it couldn’t be done in store and that I had to do it over the phone??? Not really sure what the point of a sky store is tbh if not to help people and make their lives easier. When I asked further questions about my account and changing the name on it/ the price of my contract going up, I was given very blunt answers that made it out as though I was silly for asking and that it wasn’t Skys job to fix. No solutions or useful advice given, just told to do it myself. It did not seem like they wanted to help or wanted my business and instead were more bothered about getting back to watching Thunderbolts on the TV which they just about managed to pause and get off the sofa to speak to me (very reluctantly).
