- JBJ BAug 8, 20261.0Just went in to ask a couple of questions regarding my account as I’ve had several issues with it so far. Staff very quickly told me there was nothing they could do and to just call Sky. Seems pointless having a store if all your staff just tell the customers to ring up instead. Not impressed with the customer service at all. I had purposely drove to the store I set up my sky account to talk in person. It seems they are very good at taking money but not so good at anything else.
