    Awful !!! We send untrained techs out back to back then After 4 techs could not fix homelife camera, they said cox is doing away with those and put in a new camera and takes away my door sensor, the new camera does not record then when I call, they say I have to pay extra for it to record ? I was just find with my old camera and door sensor that did record but apparently it could not be fixed or replaced

    STOP SLOWING MY INTERNET SPEED TO 10% OF WHAT I'M PAYING FOR!! Best service in the area, still absolutely horrible to deal with on a daily basis. $70+ (upgrade deal) for 1gig speed: I recieve only a max of 200mb and 40mb on the low end.

    WOW! Great group of highly PROFESSIONAL-PROFESSIONALS! The team assisted me and my wife in acquiring two SAMSUNG GALAXY S25 ULTRA mobile devices( which are great I might add) and they did this effortlessly and not as painful on my wallet either. Mr. "D" is an efficient sales professional and the team leader/ Store Mgr- the one who doesn't just meet your expectations but far exceeds them- Jimmy I believe is his name- is incredible! The entire team made me, my wife and my 17yr old daughter feel right at home, giving us VIP service! Perfect fit to what COX has demonstrated and revealed to me for the past 2+ yrs as a COX internet( now mobile) customer! Great service guys.

    Cox has gotten so bad in service until I quit!! At the end of the year I will no longer be using them. I remember when my mom and I first got cox decades ago and threw out the years we’ve had nothing but cox. Internet service always go out over 4-5 times a month. The cable always going out. They have only a few tech support that really cares about the customers. They have poor customer service all the way around the board. They want there money but don’t want to give you your right amount of credits and money back from when your service are not working properly. I’m yo the point that I hate cox services. No more cox for me
