I have lived here less than 3 months and this is by far the worst experience i’ve ever had. Literally multiple times a day it will disconnect. It just keeps getting worse and worse everyday and I am DONE!!!! They will tell you they are “working on it” working on what exactly?????? I am done with them and finding a different company.

Overcharges for everything, throttles connections, and NEVER actually provides speeds they claim to provide. If you try to reach out for help, you have to deal with their idiot AI chatbot. Getting an actual human to help you is impossible. God forbid you try to transfer service to a new address. You’ll spend days or weeks just trying to get a stable connection. Avoid Cox at all costs.

That changed when my internet was out at my home for two full weeks and I had to reach out for help. My interaction wasn’t even over the phone – it was through an online chat, which somehow made it feel even more impersonal. I was hoping for understanding, a little empathy, or at least a credit for the time my service was completely down, but I was offered none. Instead, I felt ignored and dismissed. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve had with this company. The representative, Glen L, showed no real concern for the inconvenience or the money I lost because I couldn’t use the service I’m paying for. After supporting this company for so long, it’s frustrating and disappointing to be treated like my time and business don’t matter.
