    Horrible customer service. Extremely slow. We signed in and they took two people in front of us. These ppl did not have appts. They gave a bs reason as to why they helped them first. I have never posted a review about a retail outlet. The employees treat you poorly because they know they can since this is the only location in East Cobb.

    Turning in my Verizon Wireless router. Had to wait for a while and then all they did was tell me I had to mail it by FedEx gave me a label, If it’s their router, why can’t they mail it to their location? I had to furnish the box and take it to FedEx added time and expense to me turning in their router that makes me dislike Verizon that much more.
