    The Cox internet isn’t reliable nor of a decent value for the issues associated with in home internet service. The price also is gouging us for the poor quality internet being delivered. In the Crystal Lake Area out Highway 57 there are constant issues. Service truck up at the junction of Highway 80 & Highway 57 seems to be a weekly occurrence. Obviously the equipment is old or both old and technicians aren’t savvy enough to correct the constant poor service. Outages are normal. Today the service was interrupted all day long. It is embarrassing to say the least to ruin people’s day. If there were alternatives, I would have switched long ago. Thrown in that Cox is gouging folks for their lack of commitment and we have a company run amuck. Does anyone care? Are there alternatives? Is the FCC where we complain? Is the BBB aware of the failure in quality of product being sold? Might there be a Class Action Suite against these folks?

    Extremely 😌 🤗 So from the minute I walked in the door the customer service was awesome. Manager brandon saw me waiting for less than a second and automatically jumped to assist me , once Amere was done with his customer , he came and relieve Supervisor Brandon. And continue with assist in me. I had two different issues and it was extremely frustrating. My business line and my personal line 🤯 So I really was stressing but They both was very valuable professional , welcoming and attentive he was able to any questions I had and , I was able to replace my phone that day . I have non-stop talked about the service I received amongst my friends with this company, and the team at 5011 riverside drive suite macon Georgia want to say thank you again guys.

    Let's be honest I wish there was another internet company in Macon ga because Cox is a disgrace wake up this morning on January 5th 2026 to notice my internet service was disconnected for $20.85 can you disconnect someone internet for $20.85 that should have carry over to the next month bill it's a disgrace also on this company are that desperate for $20.85 I give away more than that in my entire life. What are you telling your customer if you owe a dollar your service will be terminated come on as a company you got to do better this is not business like. I do wish I know the owner of this company to ask one question is this the way your company do business wow that doesn't look good

    Needed help with my transfer so I went to the store. I received excellent help from Ms. Tresca. She was very nice and kind, double checked everything, and made sure I set. If only I could get great service like this everywhere.

    Yolanda and Jay was the most professional and helpful customer service representative that I’ve encountered in a long time. People don’t value that anymore and I appreciate that they do! Cox gave me a really stressful experience as a new mobile customer. Although I was in there for three hours( no fault to them it was Cox fault ) they did everything they could to assist me. Thank you. I would never call in or utilize cox online system EVER. But I will visit the store when they are there. They get a five star not Cox !
