- LWLisa WhaleyApr 1, 20261.0Just left the Cox Store. I'm terribly disappointed. The girl who was helping me was not interested in my problems at all. I walked in, showed her my dark screen and she wanted to know how she could help me. I said "this screen is dark" and she said "how can I help you?"again. How hard is that? I'm not getting notifications for my texts and messenger messages which is a huge problem and she said "well, they're turned on". I had other issues as well but I walked out of there with nothing resolved except the brightness on my screen. She was asking me to enter my PIN and I couldn't see anything.She finally entered it and fixed the brightness level. I'm totally angry and frustrated.
