I have been happy with verizon until she got me move over to Verizon business, I was told each line with $25, plus ipad service and etc..! after contract signed the deal I signed up for it not there. So every month before my due date i have to trying to call her for an credit apply for my bill bc month supposed to be around $260.44/month. She did help me when she get a chance. But for 12 month every month I have to repeat the same process, some month my credit is not apply in time, I getting called and texted saying my service will disconnect, even when I'm vacation I still have to deal with this issue. I finally got my business sold back in November last year, so I went see her March 9th to get service tranfer to consumer plan, I end stuck with a bill over $600 bc I have to buy wifi device. She said she will help take care of it. So since March 9th until now the issue didn't completely take care of, now I have debt collection call ing and emailing me asking to paying that bills. Again 12 years in past I always pay my bill on time. But this time is a horrible experience with Verizon business. I haven't patiently wait day by day, week by week for her response about the bills. 3 months already pass and now my credit hit and drop by the bill I shouldn't be paying. I wouldn't recommend verizon business service at all, too stressed and time consuming. Make sure to read and go over everything b4 signing up for verizon business.
