I have been trying to transfer my mobile phone service from consumer Cellular to cox to lower my internet rate since February 6,2026. So much back and forth.they finally told me to go to the local store, a woman with long braids immediately stated that she cannot help she keep going on why she can’t do it. Until Cedric,(spokesperson)got involved and immediately solved the problem. We need more Cedric’s in the world!!! Thank you Cedric!

I had so much difficulty getting any information from the other store and customer service via phone regarding my phone purchased through Cox after cancelling my services, but in less than 5 minutes she was able to give me an explanation of the policies and how best to remedy the situation. Highly recommend going to this store for information vs the Davis location or calling customer service!!

Dishonest about continual work that repetitively brings down the network. ai chat is pathetic, customer service reps are useless. They provide no further information and stick to the copy paste default responses. Actively avoiding customer request to close account and continue to offer free upgrade service. I would love to upgrade my 0mbps service to 0mbps service that sounds amazing!!!
