- RWRichard White4 days ago1.0I highly recommend not going to Cox cable company for basic Internet they advertise for $55 month Internet but that is not true just like Verizon/straight talk advertise for $35 a month in certain ZIP codes after running all of Pensacola zip codes nobody qualifies for either one of them discount so cox is actually for disabled people they charge me $275 for two months of Internet only and Cox is very bad about charge people for the equipment do not mail it back they will try and say they didn't get it and charge you several thousand dollars spectrum is a new to the south cable company but been around a long time up north $45 a month for basic Internet that cox is actually charging $95 per month a turn cox off a week ago took their equipment back and they still said they will disconnect the system and still have not done it I will be taking them to court more then likely

Every conversation feels fake and forced, like they’re reading off a script and couldn’t care less about helping you. They act friendly, but it’s all just for show — zero real effort or honesty behind it. Addictive attitude problems, constant runaround, and no accountability. It’s honestly exhausting trying to get anything resolved with these people. If there were an option for zero stars, I’d use it. Avoid if you value your sanity.

Every time I have reached out for support, I have been transferred around or given the runaround without any real solution. For the amount they charge, you would expect reliable service and at least a basic level of customer care, but that has not been the case. I would not recommend Cox to anyone looking for dependable service or fair pricing.
