I thought it would be quicker and easier to resolve a billing issue in person, but the employees were angry and dismissive. They were either unable or unwilling to be helpful. They claim to be a sales store, without the ability to provide any corrective measures. If you are having issues, just call the customer service line or open a chat online.

- LNLonnie NicoleDec 8, 20251.0So I hate to leave such a horrible review and make someone possibly lose they’re job but I will NEVER use this place again. I went in to get WiFi. The first guy who welcomed me in was very polite and friendly. He asked us to wait to be serviced thinking he was the only person there. Until 10 minutes later two guys come in and the one who was servicing us his names Jason Reed smelled like he just smoked weed. And I had my child with me who has breathing issues. While he was servicing us he must’ve asked us the same questions 4 times in a row! We wanted 1G WiFi and he let us know all our information will be send via email later and that he wavered our tech fee for Tuesday. Well we go home I never received our information or tech information and it turns out this guy got all my information WRONG. my name, phone number, email address, home address and signed us up or 2G WiFi when we said 1! We ended up having to go through customer service to fix everything and it messed everything up including our discount for WiFi. I will NEVER go here again he was extremely unprofessional it would be another thing if u can smoke cover it up and still focus but its another when you cant handle it and screw up someone information an such.
- PLPeter LDec 5, 20252.0This is a review of Cox overall, not just this store. I am a retired engineer who has lived in 5 states. Cox internet in Pensacola ranks at the bottom. I was shocked how often my service dropped out - at least once per month. I paid for 500 mbps download speed but typically measured 50 - 100 mbps, sometimes only 7! Note, you need 100 mbps to stream 1 HD movie on a big screen. I had fuzzy (low resolution) movies off and on for years. Trying to get help from Cox is a nightmare. It takes an hour on the phone each time you call. They blame everyone else - the TV, Amazon Prime etc.
