    Terrible service, Regular network outages for 9 days in a row now. Lies about timeline to fix the network. Dishonest about continual work that repetitively brings down the network. ai chat is pathetic, customer service reps are useless. They provide no further information and stick to the copy paste default responses. Actively avoiding customer request to close account and continue to offer free upgrade service. I would love to upgrade my 0mbps service to 0mbps service that sounds amazing!!!

    I did not go to this establishment, everything was done by phone. And under no circumstances will I ever recommend Cox Cable to anyone. In Dec 2025, after ordering cable for my God Sister, a few weeks later she decided to order mobile service too. Her cell service so far has been fine, but the customer service is horrible. When we ordered the cell phone service, I was quoted a plan for $45 monthly and a $15 monthly plan. We decided on the $15 plan. Rosie (Cox rep) put in the order and sent info for me to verify. I saw that she had ordered us the $45 plan at which time I told her that we only needed the $15 plan because my God sister only uses her phone for calls. She is NOT an internet user! Rosie stated she would change it, and preceded to Put us on hold! When she returned, she stated that she couldn't change the plan until the phone was activated. We received the cell phone as promise, but due to my being out of town, it was a few weeks before we were able to call to activate the phone. I could not reach Rosie personally to activate the phone after leaving msgs for 2 days with no call back, so I called the main line for assistance. My God sister old phone service was scheduled to be turned off in 2 days. The rep activated the phone however we did not discuss the plan that day. A couple days later, I called and left msgs with Rosie as a reminder to change the plan. About a week later, mid Jan 2026, I checked the app, and the payment for Feb 10th was listed as $16...not sure how many cents. However on Feb 10th, $46.57 was debited from my bank acct. I have talk to 4 reps including Rosie and no one can refund me the extra $30 they received. No refund, no credit, nothing!! No matter how many times I stated that we agreed to the $15 plan from very beginning and it not my fault that Rosie put us on the $45 plan!! But noone can help me because the phone was connected to the $45 plan, so we were billed correctly. All they can do is guarantee that the March bill will be $16... As you can probably tell, I am highly pissed right now! WARNING: Please be mindful of your auto pay to this company. Once they get your money..they won't give it back!! I'm so close to canceling all of it!!! But I'm only here on behalf of my Godsister. And they have the audacity to thank my God sister for being a loyal customer!! 😬🤬😡

    Overpriced, pay for 1GB service but only get 300-400mb/sec. Called a couple times about it and apparently that's good enough for them to advertise it as 1GB. Switched to fiber for 500mb plan that's less that half the price and is faster than the 1GB plan offered by cox

    Its always a great trip to the cox store on bayou to try out latest tech gadgets, learn about new promotions and state of the art electronics. Every associate is knowledgeable and helpful and genuinely engaging. All associates are charming and make you feel like a neighbor. And on a personal note if you're fortunate you may just meet Grace. She exemplifies all of the great qualities of a Cox pro and will make you feel appreciated for your business. People trade stories about terrible experiences dealing with cable/internet providers all of the time, but the stories about Miss Grace and her stellar service make you forget all about the "other guys". Stop by and ask for Grace, you'll see why and become a believer that ACTUAL great customer service by someone who cares, still truly exists! Hats off to the entire team at Bayou Cox store and the incomparable Miss Grace!
