  Ruining my job(live streamer) that relies on my ISP to have a solid connection has completely turned me to hate cox and their lies. Controlling certain settings and lying about the speed I'm getting after $150 per month for 2 years is a robbery. I'm about to go to BBB only I'm not baiting you for a coupon/credit. I want my $3,600 I paid you for throttled speeds and stress. Not to mention the live streams random disconnected and ending because cox can't give me what they offered. Don't buy 2 gig it's useless they don't even have the adapters to make that speed go through to your PC. Let alone make a modem and router into one device without it having ventilation. Nice invention, I bet you (cox) wonder why your panoramic boxes keep getting returned with melted motherboards. Contact me I'll fix that in a day. Cox is a joke until they hire actual tech guys instead of the cell phone salesmen currently running the stores. No offense you're good at selling but the guy I talked to didn't even know what althe difference was between, a, ac & ax. That's not good bro. Internet phone & television. If something's too good to be true it proba.....no......not probably...then "IT" is to good to be true. THE LAST STRAW WAS WHEN I HAD TO BASICALLY BEG FOR YOU NEWEST PANORAMIC and came home with a new device only to find out they lied again and gave me the same used old gen model.

  Very poor service, my internet is often down once a day or more, then they make it very difficult to report issues. I recently got a second contour streaming box from them sent to my home and I unboxed it and saw the HDMI port was very damaged. This lack of support and half working service is a joke. Save your money and frustration…

  Reviewed actual reviews before going with Cox. Walked into this location and was not disappointed. Alexandra was in fact, an excellent rep, as previous reviews mentioned. Questions and concerns about new service were addressed and walked out happy with my decision to switch. Thank you

  It is March 4,2026. Cedric M was amazing. He solved the problem in just few minutes! I’ll rate him 5 star. But the cox online customer service is so bad. I have been trying to transfer my mobile phone service from consumer Cellular to cox to lower my internet rate since February 6,2026. So much back and forth.they finally told me to go to the local store, a woman with long braids immediately stated that she cannot help she keep going on why she can’t do it. Until Cedric,(spokesperson)got involved and immediately solved the problem. We need more Cedric’s in the world!!! Thank you Cedric!

  Ameris was SOOOO helpful today!! I had so much difficulty getting any information from the other store and customer service via phone regarding my phone purchased through Cox after cancelling my services, but in less than 5 minutes she was able to give me an explanation of the policies and how best to remedy the situation. Highly recommend going to this store for information vs the Davis location or calling customer service!!
