  When I went to pick up my equipment the clerk was on a personal call and was very hostile. We got no greeting when we entered the store and all the employees seemed like they would rather be somewhere else .

  Some staff do not explain things properly when it comes to paying your bill at the kiosk inside the store.

  It's sad how there is always a prob but they make sure they cut u off the day before it's crazy I'm up now can't work no Internet on my phones I don't no why I hate cox

  I called when I moved residence to have service moved. They messed up almost everything about that so I went into the physical store on bayou…. Manager assured me that they would help me get it sorted out and then proceeded to hand me a phone number. To call. To fix what I came into the store for. So … do with this what you will but 10/10 would not recommend UPDATE FROM THIS POST. I called the number and this what I got Picture below
