- JDJeffrey DiazJan 6, 20261.0The worst verizon store! Avoid this location at all costs. The employees are lazy, unprofessional, and have very minimal customers service skills. The employees select based off their own decisions whether to assist you or not, and what they will do for you. Not what the customer is requesting or needing assistance with, as well as providing incorrect information. I came to this location seeking assistance with a trade in and the employees just stayed in their chairs, one employee informed me of false information, and I had to drive 40 mins to another Verizon store where they assisted me with everything and more. Dont come here you will waste your time and energy.

I'm a business client of this company, paying for three cell phone plans, two internet plans, and three phone loans (one of which I haven't yet received due to this company's negligence). My bill is over $400 a month, and today I'm very upset with the service from the salesperson, who was sitting there relaxing, but I probably left him. I contacted them today and said I found the reason why I didn't receive the third of the two packages: that the UPS courier stole them and signed for them. The salesperson told me I should contact the people I spoke with and gave me the phone number for their hotlines. This is how much gratitude I get for paying. I'm seriously considering whether I should continue working with this company.
