    Don’t go to this location if there is another one go there. They treated my as if I stole my HUSBAND identity I moved and had to change providers the service is in my HUSBAND name but I was told from cox customer service when I called the 800 number they it wouldn’t be an issue for me to come pick up the equipment especially because I’m an authorized user and the account was also noted. I went to this location and it was the complete opposite they told me he had to come pick it up his self I could have stole his ssn. How embarrassing is that, that is my husband and ridiculous so long story short my HUSBAND had to take time off work and go down there to pick up equipment horrible experience

    Beware. DO NOT get lured into Cox’s services. Not to mention the service is frequently interrupted, they will not help when it matters. There is a reason there are so many negative comments on their social media posts, beware! You should not get COX. The line above the road leading to our house was downed today. The line is strung across our driveway and down the sidewalk. They tell us not to touch it but they won’t be here to help remove and repair it until the next day. We have to leave our home. The man on the chat says don’t touch the wire, but the fact that they haven’t fixed it implies it must not be that dangerous, right? The lack of customer service from Cox has been underwhelming and don’t waste your time with their chat, waste of time. Better off to call the call center, at least you can speak to a person who can think a little outside of a checklist.

    So. The one of the happiest moments was finally getting to CANCEL my cox service. After more years than I care to count I have suffered your poor service and speed as well as constant price increases. Finally fiber to my home. One last dig is if I want to get my last bill prorated as I have not used service for 80% of month I can call customer service and beg for a small amount of my $ back Funny for 10+ years you have auto drafted me without issue. Never had to ask for your $. In short good riddance. You are a horrible company and I’m very glad I do not ever have to give you another dollar of my $.

    Pay $115 a month for internet and television channels. If you don’t buy the “new” cable box for $60 then you will have to stream your television off of your cell phone.

    This jason again. Just so it shows that you dont care about the customer. Thats why your dont retain no customers. You dont say anything other then email to your customer support who doesnt help then guess what to have pay even more money $10 a month or theyget charged $75 for tech to come fix the service because cox cheap and doesnt pay 3rd party tech to bury the very fragile very expensive cable that anything could easily damage it from 100 yards to dropline&home then since tech has from box at home is in hurry from box to where its goes into the home its 3 ft from the ground then 6-10feet to where it goes into the home do you want me dry clothes the hanger line. Again but we are going to charge the customer. $75 fee to come fix there service then charge more fees because customer cant pay bill because cox is only for themselves make all these loop wholes addesd fees like $25 because cox attempts to collect payment with ach transfer. That takes 3-5 business days. After 2nd attempt now we to put a restriction the customer only way to pay bill is going to closest local branch pay with cash because cox only cares about themselves. Everything is just about cox not the customer. Then cant pay bill sell it off to collections. Wow so sad. Putting the customer. Your be hearing from my lawyer. Thats how you opperate all revolved around corporate making money from the customer for first 3 monthes then send it to collection on to next customer to put more hardship and debt on them. So sad. But lawyer i clearing see thats exactly what corporate is doing u provided a service to me and i am loosing money because cox has restricted me from paying my bill all on cox end not mine. Breach of contract. Ive documented everything all communication and phone calls ive recorded too as well as the technician too both local and 3rd party and emails and review just says email to try upcharge the customer some becuase cox made it that way. Dont pay 3rd party tech who do the initial install the right way. Because
