- JMJennifer MayMay 10, 20231.0It makes me sad, I've been a dedicated customer and recommender of Verizon for years. BUT WOW I'm not sure what has happened to Verizon business service but it sucks. For the past two years any time I've ordered anything it has required multiple phone calls, follow up and over charge corrections. I've been a customer for 27 years. Have 10 lines all on auto pay with a credit score of 850 and they denied, misplaced, or put my overnight order on hold and never notified me. So I'm ready to leave, going out of town with no phone. Chatted online with customer service and after explaining my situation they asked me if I wanted a deal on an iphone?? Not sure if they are using AI. In some ways I hope so because....otherwise their customer service is worse than I thought. In person they are nice but still have no clue and give the appearance they don't really care. Not surprising since Corporate seems to give the same impression. I can tell you my $525 bucks a month doesn't mean a thing so unless you have a fleet of phones don't plan on quality customer service of any kind. I'm pretty sure I need to move all 10 lines to a carrier that might actually value my account.
