Are you the owner of the store as as in like a franchise are you the actual owner cause if you’re the actual owner I really need to talk to you. And I’ll give you this for free on how you retain customers you don’t do it by not going into your pocket and only being about yourself and not having to pay no card service fees and then add on all these stupid ridiculous fees to the customer that’s a barely goodbye as it is because they go paycheck to paycheck we don’t have it like you guys to where we can do ACH transfers You know that are free transfers but you can’t do that without the debit card though why is that because the debit card is the actual almost authentic secure verified way that you can make a payment you know why because it shows identity to it cast doesn’t do that and you can’t do an ACH transfer without a credit card service but Cox wants to not like force the customer to do that or go to the branch to pay with cash no one pays with cash anymore do you want me to bring you gold bullion are you gonna be able to pay me back with gold bullion after I walk 35 miles to your guys near store and then on top of that you know you don’t return your customers because you’re not about the customer you’re about yourself that’s why every policy and everything that you guys have all revolves around the rich people so you won’t understand people that don’t have it like that so you won’t understand it at all so you know what you won’t understand by not having to pay card service fees and this is how much money we make not have to pay card services and then not having to go into a park to do have proper training so we’re gonna have a super fragile cable line that anything can easily damage it and then guess what happens after that the customer has no service that they just paid for they’re getting upset cause they don’t have no service that they just paid for because because Cox doesn’t wanna pay the third-party technician to come to do the install that doesn’t even know how to do the install right he’s the one that should’ve buried the line to begin with the person that comes to do the install a different technician that’s local but you don’t have to pay the third-party technicians again cheap rich people that’s why you don’t understand that on top of that so the cord gets damaged two times now because you know why that has to go from the drop line all the way to the home and that could be some distance in the residential just so you know because you don’t understand this so we’re gonna have a different local technician that’s not a third-party technician, maybe three days later after they do the initial install cause that has to go first right and then during that time I wonder why the service is getting interrupted because this little cord got damaged because it’s not in the ground so then the customer is already upset about that but they have no other choice cause they live in the country and they don’t have too many options and they are going through hardship already but then is gonna make it so you can only make your payment really restrict you on the way that you can make your payment then we’re gonna try to get payments from you but we don’t wanna pay a customer or an employee to call you so we’re just gonna have the Internet site with the AI bot again cheap only rich people think like that and only rich people would understand that that would be a good idea again and then after that so they’ve had to come out twice down to bury the line cause it’s got damaged every time so for my first month I barely had any service so do you think I wanna pay my bill then when I go to pay my bill I got an extra $50 on top of that and late fees and all that stuff $25 per charge for an attempt for an ACH transfer that takes 3 to 5 business days that’s a week and a half cause there’s no money in the account I never authorized it or doing anything with that I micromanage my money paying with a debit card you know how that is cause it’s instant and I know the bills paid and I know how much money I have

Extremely unreliable service and extremely high price that is not justified. Working from home, I need to have reliable service as it directly impacts my income and PTO. After the last outage, I only got a credit of less than $7 for half a day of work missed. This week alone, I've had 2 outages disrupt my workflow. It is absolutely nonsensical that this company has a virtual monopoly on high speed internet service in the area and they can't even handle the demand. I'm counting down the days until I can switch carriers, because the second that fiber optic launches in my neighborhood (it's in construction now), I'm leaving Cox in the dust.

Went exchanged some old equipment at Cox Gainesville. It was fairly busy but their sign in process made it possible to have efficient service. We did. No problems.
