    We had a TERRIBLE experience here. We went in for 3 phone upgrades and were helped by a salesperson named Damon. He was already helping a group of 4 customers and also another couple at the same time and said that he could help us too. We asked how long it would take for 3 phones, he said “I can get you in and out of here in 30 minutes”. We trusted him but, 10 minutes went by without him even asking us what phones we wanted. He was VERY preoccupied with his first two groups of customers. There were several other salespeople walking around the store with no other customers and we asked if we needed to have one of them help us since he was so busy. He said no I got you. He finally brought out the phones for us and started working on 2 of the 3 of us. We wanted one of them to have more storage and explained to him that. He repeatedly told us having this many photos and videos is ridiculous and to just delete them all and it will be fine. We found that very rude. At the 1 hour mark of us being here, none of our phones were fine and he kept disappearing to the back. He was still helping the family of 4 too and kept having to call customer service for them. We would have to try to get his attention when we did see him to ask him what was the next step for our phones. When he did come over to help us, he acted like it was a bother. Time kept going on and after we had been there for 4 hours, the family of 4 was finally leaving and we heard them say that they had been here for over 6 hours. We thought we would finally have him free to help us get done but, he grabbed another group of customers. Only 1 of our 3 phones were done at this point. We had to ask him to start the last one and again, he seemed like that was a bother. Another hour went by and 2 of our 3 phones were finally done. He still kept disappearing and we were starting to get frustrated. When he finally come back and stayed for more than 2 minutes, we asked to confirm that the last phone is the one with more storage. He blatantly said no you don’t need it, just delete stuff or just use Snapchat to send pictures. We told him that when we got here over 5 hours ago, that we needed this phone to have more storage since it was already full. He tried to argue with us and then disappeared yet again. When he came back, he said your phone is done, and I ordered one with more storage so come back next weekend. We were very frustrated since at this point we had been there for 6 hours and were being told we would have to come back and do this all over. We left and when we came back he had an attitude saying it wasn’t his fault that our phone had so much stuff on it. He also was not willing to help us that day either. He just kept trying to argue and start a fight with us. Finally a nice lady that worked there came over to help us since he had no interest. The entire time she was helping us, he continued to give us attitude and kept trying to get us to argue with him. The manager was walking around the store the entire time and heard the entire encounter but never said one thing to anyone, he just let the salesman continue to harass us. We had never been so happy to leave a store before. We will NEVER come back to this store and have already warned our friends and family about it as well. We have never had such terrible customer service in our lives. I wish there was a 0 start option.

    DO NOT GO HERE ! Do it online or call 1800 number. I went and got 6 lines. No trade in. They charge you $10.00 per 17 pro max instead of $5.00 its a scam. They also charge you $50.00 per phone to have the rep make an account for you, you pay for it in store- I was charged $300.00 on the day I went in. Then they charge you another $39.99 for activation fee per line . And then I got a bill for $300.00 They are scammers. Do not go here.

    Today I had the pleasure working with a tech named Mark. He was on time ,respectful, on point and made sure to respect my home ,family and double che ked his work. Made sure my TVs all worked properly and was very clean in his job!! So Mark the Patton Family Thanks you and if we need service again we would welcome you with open arms! Truly a salt of the earth person....

    We came in for information that was provided from customer service and they literally kicked us out said im in a meeting you guys need to leave horrible what a disgrace!
