During my initial install there was only one wire connected to the back of my router, which some how broke off the router and I lost the only connection I had, which was the wireless connection option. After Bryant serviced the problem he automatically replaced the router, gained the wireless connection back, and ultimately found the proper procedure to get the wired connection working at the ethernet panels in my bedroom, living room, and den. Bryant established my wired connection after the initial installer did not. Awesome repair.
