Now I'm left to dispute this charge, which will now take 10-15 business days, all before Christmas! In addition, they were suppose to give me a credit of $200, when I returned their old modem. The untrained employee took the modem back in September, never processed it, lost it, and now I'm stuck with a $400 dollar charge that never should have happened. The manager does not train his employees, and mistakes are made daily. In addition, according to the Better Business Bureau, there have been 75 complaints listed against this store all within the last 3 months. They deserve less than 1 star.

She’s 91 years old and they are always trying to raise her bill Now her cable box broke. When she called she was told to bring it back and get a new one. She’s 91. No I will have to get it for her. - JRJose RosasNov 17, 20251.0This place was unprofessional I called the store regarding a experience my dad had there today is 11/17/25 because I sent him there with a note to activate his eSIM on his phone the guy picked up the phone had and additude over the phone was rude told me that all his reps where trained properly I ask to speak to the manager and he hangs up in the middle of the call I called back multiple times and got no response Terrible customer service and his no longer going to use there service going forward
