They always give me one price and swear that I am locked in to that price for 1 year. I then usually receive an email with my new plan total that had a totally different price. I then call back and they again get me to the original price that was promised. What do ya know, 2 months later and I’m back to a different price. They are all the same, don’t care about you and just continue to increase prices. When you call in they don’t help you, they try to push cox mobile on you and completely disregard your concerns. They are one of the worst companies and they will jack up your rates year after year. I changed to YoutubeTV and got the same package for half the price.

Now I'm left to dispute this charge, which will now take 10-15 business days, all before Christmas! In addition, they were suppose to give me a credit of $200, when I returned their old modem. The untrained employee took the modem back in September, never processed it, lost it, and now I'm stuck with a $400 dollar charge that never should have happened. The manager does not train his employees, and mistakes are made daily. In addition, according to the Better Business Bureau, there have been 75 complaints listed against this store all within the last 3 months. They deserve less than 1 star.
