- ACAaron Cramer4 days ago1.0Worst experience ever. Internet is fine but after over 20x trying they are unable to change our caller ID to make it our business name. Currently moving services to the other competitor in the area. Verizon Business does not seem to be built for business and has no path to escalate issues past their "tier 2" support which the reps you initially contact aren't even allowed to talk to. Looking forward to swapping the whole thing out.
