- JOJose Olivera2 days ago1.0I ordered 2 galaxy S25'S for my wife and I. They were supposed to be delivered to my residence, but were sent back return to sender. I attempted to contact their customer service on 3 separate occasions and remained on the phone for over an hour each time without a resolution. I was then told by their customer service that I could go to their corporate store at this location for assistance and was greeted by one of their team members who stated that they were unable to rectify the non delivery of the cell phones. I was told that I needed to repurchase the devices when I had already paid for them. I arrived in the store with the receipt, the ups tracking info detailing the return to sender and the contract, but was still unable to resolve anything. I cancelled my FIOS and strongly urge anyone interested in a mobile carrier to refrain from using Verizon. I was told at the corporate location that they were unable to cancel my internet service either. I called the customer service number again and remained on the line for another hour.
