- SSSteveSep 22, 20251.0Very disappointed with the cox store. I returned my mother’s equipment and cancelled video service. I was told the bill would be adjusted. She received an incorrect bill. When I called I was told the store would handle it since they made the mistake. When I went to the store they told me I had to call billing and there was nothing they could do. I finally got it straightened out with their billing department over the phone. The people at the store don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. I would advise people look at other service providers.
