I understand how the system works, vs where I live and the "legal" jargon such as "speeds UP TO". Now with that being said, I did have a problem with my internet. I was getting 10 megs, timing out, and issues all around. Called, got an appointment the next day. Cody came out, and fixed the issue right away. He showed me where my signal was before, and after. Told me what the issue was, what he did to fix it, and haven't had a problem. What some of the lower reviewers don't understand is Vyve inherited a bad situation from the previous people Eagle, who got a bad situation from their previous service USA Communications. They are working, but they're not the same size as Comcast. They're not the same size as Centurylink. Calm yourselves down, they are doing the absolute best they can do, and in my opinion they are doing a good job. Give it time. Slow dime, over quick nickel.
