    Used to be good. Not anymore. Bait-and-switch tactics and absurd pricing galore. I've had to speak to customer service (who are only available by phone, generally with a long hold time) on multiple occasions to get incorrect charges taken off my account. After my promo rate expired, my price went up dramatically. When I spoke to them, they said I would be eligible for "retention discounts" soon. When I hit the two year mark, they doubled my bill to $70 a month (for 100 Mbps) with little warning. When I asked about the "retention discounts" I was promised, they revealed the retention pricing was actually *even more* than that. So the retention discounts I was promised were a lie, and they're going to increase my bill yet again when they're already charging $70/mo for only 100 Mbps? The promo rates are good. If you take them, though, do yourself a favor and leave proactively before the promo rate ends.
