- CPCarlos Matthew Palacio5 days ago1.0Worst customer service on the planet, by an order of magnitude. Supposedly scheduled a tech for a service interruption, talked to someone in a foreign land. He never scheduled the tech appointment or sent the customer service survey. Gee, I wonder why. I can tell you—the man who helped me was a rude, inconsiderate, ignoramus that was working to get a paycheck, not do anything meaningful. Awful company all around!
- ITIz TorresFeb 22, 20261.0The speeds advertised are never what you actually get. I’m paying for up to 1500 Mbps, but in reality, my connection usually hovers between 250–400 Mbps. I have the proper equipment, contacted customer support and I’ve had technicians come out multiple times. The technicians do not solve the issue, Mbps only increases slightly but goes back down by the end of the day. I'd recommend just going with another provider. Literally anyone else!! If you stream Netflix, watch live content, or play video games, I wouldn’t recommend Astound. For gaming especially, the ping is inconsistent and all over the place. It is always very frequently laggy and teleporting around. Edit: Reached out as I was told, if I dont updates it'll mean nothing changed except for maybe my provider.
