- BSBopha San1 day ago5.0Phuong came out to my mom’s house while there was an area outage. Instead of just telling her there was an outage and leaving, he actually took the time to go to the pole, replaced the drop, and even replaced the outlet. He made sure everything was clean and done right, my mom even said it looked cleaner than before he got there. Once the service was restored, what really stood out was that Phuong called her around 4:30 PM to personally let her know the internet was back up. That meant a lot to her. She was so happy with the service, she asked me to write this review for her. That alone says everything. PS: Thank you for taking care of my mom, Phuong. 10+ service 👍
- OMOscar Morales2 days ago5.0Phuong was my technician today, and honestly he stood out right away. He looked very professional, and was patient, knowledgeable, and respectful. Before even coming into my house, he put on shoe covers — small detail, but it shows the level of professionalism. There was an area outage at the time, but he still took the time to go above and beyond. He made sure everything was in compliance, replaced the aerial drop, and even swapped out the outlet to make sure everything was done right.

- MAMaria AlvarezApr 16, 20265.0My technician today was amazing. Phong was on time and got straight to work. My house is very old. From the 1950 so the cables needed some adjustments. My technician was able to take care of all of that. And before you know it, I had my Wi-Fi up and running. I really appreciate his speedy installation. He was also super helpful with helping me download the app and getting logged in to make sure everything went smooth. I appreciate all of his help. I definitely would recommend to anyone.
