    Not sure that it is the stores fault but cox in general. They charge a small fortune for crap service and their tech support is absolutely useless. I don't even believe at this point that they even hire people who know the first thing about how do their job. I had a situation where the guide didn't go past a few days after a maintenance update, then I lost picture. I still had sound and the guide, just no picture. I reset the box and got everything to work. Problem was less than 24 hours later it did the same thing. I reset it again, but only 3 hours later the picture went out again. Called tech help got some person that didn't even know that there are two cable wires that go to the back of the box and wanted me to check to make sure that it was tight, REALLY! Then she had me unplug the box, which I had done already twice within 24 hours. Then her solution was to send out a tech. She didn't even try to run a diagnostic test, like they usually do if there is an issue. Well I have had techs come out and they never find the issue, because by the time they show up it isn't happening. They need to do better. And try listening. I had already done what she said twice, but it seemed to go over her head even though I repeated it several times. Issues with my cable have been ongoing for over 25 years. Has never gotten solved completely. They have put boosters on, but still everytime there is work in my area, my cable signal suffers until I convince them to send someone out to reset the signal to my home, by climbing the pole across the street and resetting the signal. Unfortunately they have you by the throat, you either pay their exhorbanate price or have no cable, cuz they are the only company in the area other than AT&T which is worse.

    Mile cox comm. Representatives at the store have such a very rude attitude. I asked for a help to do some service to my land line. As she comes across annoyed. Someone who doesn’t want to there. I asked if you could send some one since my phone line has not worked for 2 weeks and also your system keep switching my paper statement to paper less. Her response is cold and don’t care attitude. I just wished cox hire employees that seems to care. I have been with cox since 1983 and with this kind of attitude and behavior you. Will loose a lot of customers.

    Stephanie was awesome at customer service. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and I was in and out in 5 minutes.

    We have been with Cox for over 40+ but had to cancel wifi and phone service due a move. They couldn’t access our account over the phone without the passcode to cancel. We had to bring our equipment into a physical store with our ID to cancel. The Santee location is in a plaza with plenty of parking. The store itself is spacious and bright. When you walk in, you’re greeted and to sign in on the tablet. We were number 2 on the list. Everything was fast. A receipt was printed to show proof of equipment return.
