  The SEO and website services we signed up for through RevenueWell in 2024 were great until the company began outsourcing to the Philippines and now it's become nearly impossible to speak to anyone and when you do there's a huge language barrier and the problem take weeks to resolve. Most recently their billing department made the mistake of charging our card on file for an entire year of service which was over $11k instead of just the monthly premium as agreed. It took us 1 week to get that corrected and refunded because anytime we asked to speak with management they were in meetings and wouldn't return our calls/emails. Since seeing a negative shift in service, we have decided to take our business elsewhere but even that has become an issue. We were strung along for weeks trying to provide the appropriate documentation to cancel service and when we finally got through, we were told our contract just renewed for another year so we wouldn't be able to cancel service until October 2026 even though we had been reaching out prior to our renewal date with no response. The account manager has yet to return my multiple phone calls, instead she emailed our office to offer reallocating our monthly premium to other services they offer and when I asked what those other services are, no response was ever received. The situation is very unfortunate but hopefully this review helps prevent other businesses from ending up in our current situation.

  There are much better companies out there. 1-Insurance Verification did not work 2-Online scheduling decreased new patients 50% when we switched for two months, they cannot make an actual appointment, online online forms to request appointments 3-Cannot send save the date text, only email, this could be an easy fix and makes no sense it is not possible 4-Longterm contracts that they lock you into

  Extremely dissatisfied with the service, care, and support received. They continue to try to follow up with you and get you to re-enroll even after finally being able to inactive service. Would not recommend at all. Would recommend Practice By Numbers 100%.

  I have had such an awful experience with RevenueWell. You communicate solely through ticketing system and not team directly. It can take months for small tasks to be completed. If you call them they “flag” requests yet no sense of urgency. Hopefully, others aren’t scammed by their services and lack of delivery.

  I switched from another website developer to PBHS. I was previously having a lot of problems getting a hold of my old website developer to make edits to my website. I called and emailed and did everything...no response from them after 4 weeks. I dropped them and switched to PBHS. They (PBHS) were much more responsive and communicated well what the design of my new website would look like. Jay guided me through the process and website contract and then passed me on to Eva (web designer) to help personalize my semi-custom site. Eva was great with helping me add and edit things to the site as I liked them. Everything has gone smootly to date and I am set to launch sometime in the next 2-3 days. Positive experience overall. I would recommend them to any healthcare provider who needs to refresh their old website to a new one.
