It can take months for small tasks to be completed. If you call them they “flag” requests yet no sense of urgency. Hopefully, others aren’t scammed by their services and lack of delivery.

I called and emailed and did everything...no response from them after 4 weeks. I dropped them and switched to PBHS. They (PBHS) were much more responsive and communicated well what the design of my new website would look like. Jay guided me through the process and website contract and then passed me on to Eva (web designer) to help personalize my semi-custom site. Eva was great with helping me add and edit things to the site as I liked them. Everything has gone smootly to date and I am set to launch sometime in the next 2-3 days. Positive experience overall. I would recommend them to any healthcare provider who needs to refresh their old website to a new one.
