The online chat was also very helpful and I was able to get answers to my questions from a nice live agent. From there, I booked the installation for the day after (04/20) and Aaron #28549 was my Technical Operations. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the company and installation and provided me all info I needed to install the app and understand how to use the service. He was very polite and did a great job. A great asset to Astound and I am so far, very happy with them. Thank you!
