    I’m not trying to hate on this store but COX is a god AWFUL company if I could leave 0 stars I would. Now with this store 2 years ago I returned my equipment as my family was being deployed. I made sure it was returned in time and my account was paid. I talked with the guy and he gave me a receipt. Well apparently I had a withstanding balance of $30 that hit collections with NO NOTICE FROM COX. Despite being fine and not hearing a work for 2 years. The first issue was when we were moving from an apartment to a house I called and said our move out date was the 30th and they made me an appointment that day to have a tech come out. Well 2 days later my WiFi box goes black and when I call they told me they shut it off for my move 3 WEEKS EARLY. they put it back no issue well 6 months later I got a bill in the mail because to reinstate my account to fix that issue they made me a separate account so THEY charged me twice for their MISTAKE. I had to sit on the phone for over an hour for it to be fixed. Well on move in day the tech didn’t hook up my security cams and also said he had newer ones in the truck. Well he left and DIDNT COME BACK. I called and complained and they took notes. I said u know what it’s ok I don’t even need them not I’m out of the apartment. They said they would take them off of my bill. Well they charged me for the security cameras in FULL that I did not have in my possession and had complained about. I only knew this because my bill for the month was almost $700. I sat on the phone for 7 HOURS because they wanted me to pay and they would just take that amount off my account each month and I said NO. You know this is your mistake now fix your mistake. Charge me for my services not for your mistake. I eventually for to a lady that said she normally doesn’t deal with customers and she would give me a discount each month for the trouble and fix my account. No problem. Well 2 months later I wake up to do school work and my box is BLACK despite me paying my bill 2 DAYS PRIOR. I called and they said “oh we though you moved” why would u think that if I paid the pill 2 days ago? Well the mix up was my next door neighbor gave them a joint address and didn’t put the house number and it made us one address. Cox should have reached out my me via phone or email to check if I was still there before shutting g my account off THEY DID NEITHER. THEY Shut mine off and opening his account. The tech was nice and did fix it. At the end of the call I said will my bill go back to normal with my discount and everything he said YES. WELLLLL the next month my bill jumped back up to the original amount before the ladies generous discount for the trouble and I called they told me they couldn’t put it back. I told them I could see if I messed up and had to pay but they messed up and expect me to pay and I only got that discount for a year and it was for my troubles. The guy caught an attitude and him and I argued for 3 hours before he fixed it. I have 2 more cox stories but those are my main ones. Don’t EVERRRR be with cox. 2 years later I’m still fighting them.

    I got a problem, and it's with Keion's supervisor or manager. You ain't paying this man enough. Keion needs a raise, ASAP. My girlfriend and I had to pick up a new router and get it all situated and Keion made sure everything went smoothly. Not only was he professional, personable, but had an overall good attitude and made sure to fill the air while waiting for things to load on his or my end. If he stays at this location he'll be ryunning the place in 2-3 years tops and if he isn't, I'm swithcing providers.

    James Spencer was the extremely helpful and fast at getting me set up on a plan that met my personal and budgetary needs. He was kind, friendly and funny and put my mind at ease when explaining the plan and setting up the Internet modem/connection. He made it simple and easy and I had no problem doing it on my own! I would highly recommend you use his services if he is available, especially if you get intimidated or overwhelmed when it comes to setting up technology. Thank you James and see you soon to set up the amazing deal (1/3) the price for 3 cell phone lines I pay using Verizon.
