    We just went in today to get home internet and were helped by James. He's a really nice and funny guy, amazing customer service. He really represented Cox really well, everyone else that was there seemed pretty friendly and would highly recommend coming to this store for great and friendly service. James has a great smile btw.

    I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever dealt with. I switched my phone service to Cox and during activation my number ended up assigned to the wrong device, leaving my phone stuck on SOS/provisioning with no service. I’m not sure exactly how the error happened, but what made it worse was how difficult it was to get help fixing it. This turned into a two-day process. I spent hours on the phone being transferred between multiple departments, getting different answers each time, and no clear resolution. At one point, I was even told I would have to wait until my home internet installation date (which isn’t until late April) before anything could be done, meaning I would be without phone service for weeks. I was also told by a supervisor that I would receive a call back, but no one ever followed up. I ended up having to call again myself and repeat everything all over. In the end, I had to switch back to my previous carrier just to get my number and service working again. Regardless of how the initial issue happened, the lack of communication, follow-through, and inability to resolve the issue in a timely manner was really disappointing.

    I tried canceling my services and the agent, Rogelio R. refused to assist me instead offering discounts over and over again for two hours bringing the bill down to a third of the original cost but why would I want that after two hours of harassment from their representative? Then, they sent an agent to our home without an appointment and tried to pressure my teen and preteen into letting them in to pick up the equipment. Don't get Cox.

    I stopped by the Cox Store to return my internet modem and close out my account, and I’ve got to give credit where it’s due. Most people know dealing with internet companies usually means sitting on hold on the phone for what feels like six hours listening to elevator music and questioning your life choices. So instead of going through that adventure, I just drove over and handled it in person. That’s when Noah greeted me. From the second I walked in he was friendly, professional, and clearly knew what he was doing. He helped me close out my account quickly and made the whole process smooth and easy. No confusion, no hassle, just straight to the point and handled like a pro. For context, I was canceling my Cox Internet because I was paying about $129 a month for the cheapest plan, which is a little wild to me. But that’s not Noah’s fault and that’s not what this review is about. The real focus is the service he provided. Noah was down to earth, personable, and actually enjoyable to deal with. That’s rare these days. If he’s not already a manager, he should be. He definitely deserves a raise because employees like him are exactly what companies need at the front counter. Cox has always had a solid connection for me over the years, and because of the way Noah handled everything, they’re getting full stars from me for this visit. People like him make the experience worth it.

    I’ve seen James at this Cox location twice in a two-year interval. James is always supportive. I wish all Cox employees to be like James. Happy to see him continuing @ Cox. Give this man a raise as he’s one of the reasons I still have my Cox services for some good years.
