  I tried to get new internet for my rental. They insisted I had to call Cox to do this. I call their “customer service line” and get patched into their sales team who tries to have my fill out a survey of what I’m using the internet for. They wouldn’t tell me the prices until I gave them this personal info. Then they tried to insist I needed “unlimited” data. They also *conveniently* failed to mention the cheapest option 300mbps. When I asked about the price of 300mbps they again *conveniently* forgot to mention the cheapest option 1.5tb per month and would only give me the unlimited price. The lady on the phone was also very sassy. I just think of my grandma calling in here and getting blatantly uncharged for service that she doesn’t need. In Europe the avg price of 300mbps is 20 euros here Cox is charging 2.5x as much money.

  DO NOT BUY OR USE ANY SERVICES! They are horrible and do not communicate. I ordered the equipment and it took 3 weeks to get to me after I had to ask for 2 updates. I then was unable to connect my internet and they billed me for it. It took me 2 hrs to cancel services. Horrible company will never use again

  This review is about Cox WiFi service overall, not this specific store. In seven months as a customer, I’ve had unreliable connection, two incorrect charges, and inconsistent customer service. Online chat is unhelpful, and issues were only resolved after multiple phone calls. I became a customer only because my apartment (92108) partnered with them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the service.
