This is based on them handing me off since each could not answer different questions. I went in as an existing Cox customer to upgrade my cable service and get the new WiFi router. When one of the representatives only wanted to show me how cool the voice activated content is, I repeatedly said I was not interested and she literally said "just let me do the demo". The service here was just as horrible as the Cox service we get in our house. They were polite, just not helpful. The cable Monopoly is terrible for consumers. Don't waste your time here, find a better solution. Cox does not have any.
