- LLL L1 day ago1.0Latency issues in online games for 2 months now. I am connected directly to my router using a ethernet cable. Bought a new Modem/Router but it did not fix our issue. The tech that came out was not able to fix the issue and we were charged $80 for no results. Supervisor’s phone number we were given goes straight to voicemail. He does not pick up. Lame.
