The assistant manager kindly helped me process the return and even offered to send a technician to set up my internet at home free of charge if I still wanted Cox service. He gave me his business card with a direct phone number. When I called back, he wasn’t available, but his staff quickly arranged an appointment. The technician came out, resolved the issue, and now my internet works perfectly. Thanks to the outstanding service at this particular store, I would gladly recommend Cox to anyone who struggles with getting a reliable 5G signal for home internet.

Amazing service, let me explain… I spent 30 minutes on the phone with an agent setting up the pickup of a new box. When I got to the store, there was no information left by the phone agent in my file. I was upset I had to start over but Jose took away any frustration I had. He was kind, professional and fast. The store manager lied, the employee lied, and now I’m left holding the bag while Cox sits on my cash. This isn’t a mistake — it’s disrespectful, dishonest, and unacceptable. If you’re considering Cox — don’t. If you’re already stuck with them — double check your billing every month. Cox, You're a terrible organization.
