- CCCapt Ron Cat2 days ago1.0Been trying to get Cox internet for 3 weeks at a house that has a cable modem and coax cable in the house. Cox stayed the house is blocked from previous tenants and refuses to grant internet service. I have no choice but to move out of my house. Unbelievable. The ppl working at this location are very professional but the company is Nothing but a bunch of liars.

I was still charged the amount for a full month, even after they said it wouldn’t over the phone. Truly terrible

Tired of the runarounds when asking for replacement equipment, I switched to YouTube TV. It is great. Better clarity. No faulty cable boxes.
