  Never bothered to rate a place, these guys are rude no help at all. Theres always an issue its best to do everything online or over phone and keep all interactions with these workers close to zero.

  Got offered great deal online, made me go in store or call to verify it. In store and online will gaslight and say doesn’t exist. Particularly upset with this store as trying to force us into bundling mobile to get that offer that “doesn’t exist,” on its own all of a sudden. Better off getting any other ISP.

  Extremely rude and condescending kid working here. My bill went up $45 and i went in to see what i could do to lower it and this kid told me he could sign me up for a mobile phone service to lower my bill. This actually increased it over my old rate and i told him theres taxes and fees that he wasnt accounting for to and he just rolled his eyes and told me "it was that or nothing". I decided to leave and one phone call to cox got me my old rate back. Waste of time coming into this store and almost felt scammy trying to get me to sign up for a phone I didnt need.

  POS internet service! Dont work for half the time andother half its super slow. Go with Comcast satellite dish

  SHAME ON YOU PREYING ON AN ELDERY WOMAN. Tonight I spoke to Sandra, who was not helpful at all My mom called two weeks ago to cancel and they did not allow her to do it. We live in a 55 and over community that pays Cox for free cable, my mom has been paying $140 plus for the last 10 years. I got her down to $48 a month without Home Internet. That was still not a good deal because everybody in the community here is paying nothing. After I canceled, Sandra said oh I didn’t know she was elderly. I could’ve offered you a $30 discount. Absolutely pathetic. This is a very dishonest company.
