I was wrong. I didn't look at the time, but it wasn't over an hour that I was there. I wish I had gotten the man's name that helped us bc he was friendly, helpful, and could answer every question. I didn't feel rushed, either. I was setting up a new internet account and chose to do self-installation. It was straightforward. I was and am very happy!
