The only reason we use them is because there’s no other capable provider in Laguna Niguel where I live. Is a monopoly. Their service is always out for both cable TV and Internet. They’re extremely expensive overpriced and their equipment is awful too 40 seconds left in the Rams game against the Panthers and the typical Cox fashion. The cable goes out. If given the option use anyone but cox.
