They immediately shut down my service and said I owed about 3x of my monthly rate. Decided to stop using and tried to dispute charges. Had to wait for over 45 min to get a hold of someone who can barely speak English, and they agreed I was right and would refund charges, which totaled 1.5 hours of my time. Then a month later I relieved collections notices with interest owed even after I paid the month that I missed. Do yourself a favor and go with T mobile or someone else
