  I have been following Jungle Studios for several years on YouTube as well as their group and every time I have a technical question that's beyond my scope of knowledge, someone from Jungle Studios has been able to answer my question. I highly recommend you follow them on YouTube to get familiar with what they are sharing because you never know when you will need their level of expertise!

  CJ at Gilbert Studios is the best guide and teacher I could have asked for! I have been in business for 15 years and like many business owners, I am great at my job but I feel like technology is my greatest nemesis. Even when I had my second website built in WordPress because people told me that WordPress is so simple and user friendly....Ha! More like Frenemies! I have had this WordPress site for several years and it was okay but not really working for me. It would give me these error messages I would just ignore them because I didn't know what to do with them. I would try to fix it or update something and make everything worse. I was first introduced to CJ about a year ago by a personal referral who retired from web design. To get a feel for him and his knowledge base I went to his YouTube channel #AskAWebGeek. I learned enough to not be so scared of tackling my nemesis. The videos are entertaining but a little long for me so I would skip through looking for the education I needed. One especially frustrating day on Wordpress I had just made a list of 6 things I couldn't figure out. I finally reached out to CJ through his website and asked if I could just pay him for his time to screen share and walk me through how to fix this stuff. I wanted to take control of it instead of hiring some random to fix it and hoping for the best. I didn't realize that this is his bread and butter. He does this all the time! I was both excited and bracing for impact. I was at the end of my rope expecting to have to spend hours of time and money to pay the expert to slowly walk me through this, but I just needed to make the investment. We booked our first hour for $120. In the back of my mind I'm calculating it will surely be at least 6 hours. We got on Zoom together and it was straight to work. He went at a terrific pace and was so easy to talk to. He is truly a great teacher breaking it down into steps and helping to explain why we want to do things a certain way and why some of the recommendations on wordpress aren't in my best interest for my business goals. Cj takes his experience and extensive knowledge and applies it to individual business situations. I have met other designers and self-proclaimed guru's of the web but none of them show the same personal care and expert coaching that Cj does. I highly recommend Cj and Gilbert Studios to any small business owner. You will get it done right and efficiently! You will likely feel like you made a friend too. By the end of our hour on Zoom we solved 5 of the problems on my list, added 1 extra improvement, and the last problem to solve he wanted to consult with the owner of my domain holder first whom he happens to personally know. By the end of our session I have been able to not only check those tasks off the list, but I feel empowered by having gained knowledge and comfort. I am so excited for our next session!

  CJ's ability to research and get creative helped him find a way to get Facebook to acknowledge that my site (not developed by him) had been mistakenly banned and he got the ban lifted! I've had multiple people say, "That can't be done!" but CJ was diligent in finding a way to reach them on my behalf. That's the kind of customer service you can expect from this great master of the internet.

  C.J. is very knowledgeable in website development and so patient every time we are adding new content, pictures, links, etc. to the website. He has really helped us optimize our website's appearance and impact online. I would highly recommend C.J. to other businesses and individuals.
