- NNNatalie1 day ago1.0We had the displeasure of being assisted by Sami who has terrible customer service and sales skills. We had to come in to swap out equipment for a new account a very simple task but he took the liberty of looking through the account to see what he could upsell on an elderly ladies account when we were very clear on what we were there for. I had to reiterate the reason for the visit since he clearly didn’t hear the first time and that currently not interested in his sales pitch so he got noticeably irritated and verbally hostile, very unprofessional and unacceptable behavior especially towards a woman. What should have been a simple task was an uncomfortable interaction due to his hostile attitude and fragile ego, customer service requires courtesy and respect which is clearly lacking. The vibe overall at this location is very unwelcoming and definitely needs to be addressed.
