  I had an amazing experience at the Cox store on Avocado Blvd thanks to Sami and Manager From the moment I walked in he was professional patient and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain all my options clearly and made sure I felt confident before making a decision. Sami genuinely listened to what I needed and helped me find the best solution without any pressure. The whole process was smooth efficient and stress free. If you are visiting the Cox store on Avocado Blvd ask for Sami. He truly goes above and beyond and delivers top tier customer service.

  Had to cancel my service at cox, i moved to an area without service. And sami was awesome. He made it a comepletely painless transition. If i get the chsnce to go back to cox, ill be sure to swing by this store and ask for him.

  Misleading Promotion – Loyal Customer Treated Poorly.. I’ve been a Cox customer for over 5 years, and this is one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. I came to this store to see if I can lower my bill, instead I was offered a promotion to double my speed for $16 less than my original bill, I upgraded my Internet service for a promotion that was supposed to last 2 years, but after only a couple of months, my bill increased because the promotion suddenly ended. When I contacted Cox, I was told there was nothing they could do to fix it — unless I agreed to lower my internet speed to reduce the bill. That’s not what I signed up for, the store rep did NOT explain all that to me and never mentioned anything, why would I wanna upgrade my service for a promotion that's gonna last for couple months? I don't think anyone would and it feels extremely misleading. If a promotion is advertised as lasting two years, it should actually last two years. I’m leaving this review to warn others to be very careful with Cox promotions/reps and to get everything in writing. Based on this experience, I’ll be canceling my service and taking my business elsewhere.
