Cox stayed the house is blocked from previous tenants and refuses to grant internet service. I have no choice but to move out of my house. Unbelievable. Definitely recommend that store if you need help. Just the worst. I came in because I started getting charged additional amounts without my authorization. I was having trouble with phone support so I figured going into the store would be a better way to get help. It was literally no help at all, the gentlemen I spoke to wasn’t able to pull up my mystery bill, where it was coming from or how I could pay it, did nothing to assist me with the other charges and just told me to call. Perhaps there are better Cox stores out there but it’s not this one.
