  Been a customer for a 10+ years, suffered under Cox's unreliable product for that whole time. No more, starlink is available in North county! Signed up for AT&T internet + starlink as a backup. We kept Cox for while just in case as a backup, never even came close to using it. So nice to have reliable internet again! Writing this while waiting 20 minutes so far to return the equipment, par for the course I'd say!

  Horrific experience. They were supposed to be here supposedly on the 22nd then said the 24th and now telling me the 26th. No call no show for the appointment on the 24th and still unsatisfied and problem not resolved. Did nothing to take care of the customer here and no reason for the cancellation when I called. Following up this morning at 8-10 they were supposed to be here I get a text at 9:05 that they have cancelled. Once again no call no show. Super unprofessional. And they already sent me my first bill and I don’t even have service. Unbelievable Update from 9:47, I gave them a call as soon as I got the cancellation text, 3 mins after to be exact. They gave me some bs the tech never called me and now I’m Schedule for tomorrow. So manny problem with cox. I Haven’t even had service and my experience is already horrendous worst than any other provider I’ve ever had. Worst than Verizon, frontier, AT&T or xfinity which I’ve had over the years in the east coast and west coast.

  The store itself is nice and the staff were efficient. Too bad Cox is getting ridiculously expensive. I've been a customer for almost 4 years but I came in this day to cancel service & return the box. I was within the 10 days of billing, yet was told billing & service were different.🤔 And as such, I owed $135. 😲 I elected to pay the amount to end all association with Cox. A few days later, I got a bill for (get this) $0.02. Yes, 2 cents. Now I've received email notices of this bill. 🤨 Knowing that the prices will again increase next year, I'm glad I got out but this bill is petty nonsense when I paid what I was told was the balance when I canceled.
