- PQPhi QuachNov 7, 20251.0THE WORST! I am a brand new customer and have only bad experiences with Cox so far. They will bait and switch you when you sign up for service. I signed up for their 1GB internet plan but never got even close 1/3 of those speeds. They say you'll get the promotional plan but then upcharged me for an "unlimited data" fee that I was supposed to get included for signing up for their "promotion" on cell phones. They say to call or email back and the manager will take care of it. I've already called, left numerous voicemails, emails, and came into the store and they still haven't figured out how to fix their mistake on my billing. It's been more than a month now. No one answers the phones at this store and apparently no one checks voicemails or emails either. I am very close to cancelling my service and will definitely tell my friends that live in this area not to even consider Cox for any service.
