People will keep leaving the chat. I have a take the screenshot as well.Then, I went to the store.There was a lady named Agnie. Suraka, extremely rude and keep cutting me off. You don't even help at all. I'm gonna switch off this cox.Plus i'm going to ask my credit card company for refund.Horrible customer service.Don't even go you there... And yeah, don't buy cox.I didn't hear any option at the time, so I bought it.But now I have options. I'm going to attach screenshots as well
- LLLeahMar 28, 20261.0I called them to make an order for my router, it was supposed to arrive Wednesday, Wednesday came and I hadn’t heard from them so I called them up. Turns out that guy I talked to never put my order in so now the earliest I could get it was Friday/Monday. No apology from the customer service person, and they had the nerve to try and sell me on their phone service while they were at it. Then my router box arrives, no coaxial cord included! I can’t connect the wifi. I drive to ACE Hardware to buy one, wifi still won’t connect! I try and find customer service in the app, never ending robot loop I can’t speak to a representative. Choose another option if you can!!

If you depend on the internet for work, don’t waste your time or money on Cox. A basic service should at least function properly, but that hasn’t been my experience. Very frustrating.
