  I have had previously worked with Agent Image when our Firm (which we own) had decided to migrate a website back in 2020. After much research and consideration, the week of Black Friday, I decided that I would go with Agent Image for my personal website. I openly and repeatedly expressed that I did not want their product “Access” and in writing confirmed that product. I would contract for was not Access Product and more “semi custom”. I had been on this journey for a solid year but finally was wanting to pull the trigger. However to my surprise, it has been discovered that I was sold the “Access Product” under a new name “Agent Image X” which was never mentioned nor have I ever seen this product marketed by Agent Image. I was also advised that the “deal I was getting” was much better than any “Black Friday Deal” to only find out “best prices of the year”, are the same as they were December 2024. I was very clear on what I wanted and didn’t. I repeatedly clearly communicated what I wanted my site to do even down to providing an Inman News article to assure my site would do the things as outlined in the article. I was repeatedly reassured that the product I was buying was NOT ACCESS! But unfortunately, the only “deal” was that the sales rep took the total due and divided over 4 months which is were the “bait and switch” happened. It was only discovered that I have been deceived when 1. The design rep stated there would need to be “guidelines” around my home page and the video. 2. I was advised that there is an additional charge for IDX of $49 a month though my contract even stated it was included (an indication that the product was not “access/x” as idx is additional) I sent an email last night at 6:21 p.m .and absolutely no response to my honesty in that I am mad that to my surprise, there is a switch and bait. Where I also supplied the proof. There is absolutely no reason what so ever for this to be on deaf ears and is a serious problem! No one in their right mind would pay more for a lessor product. Also, when I repeatedly asked for the details of the Black Friday Deal of 50% off which came from the “CEO”, I never got any other answer than “that deal is small when compared to what you are getting”. So yes, they might responsive if customers have no complaints but dead silent when there is a major issue. Disappointed and beyond frustrated!

  I can't say enough great things about Ben and the team at Agent Image. Ben has been absolutely amazing with assisting me in resolving my website issues that I experienced. He is knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to making sure everything worked perfectly. He took the time to explain things clearly, made updates efficiently, and ensured my website looked and functioned exactly how I wanted. It's rare to find someone who is not only technically skilled but also truly cares about providing outstanding service.
