Switching to Quantum Fiber ASAP. Done dealing with spotty, slow, or unusable service. They don't even refund you for multiple down days like they should. 0/10

My bill had escalated to 200+ dollars a month after being a loyal customer for 5ish years and I was unaware of the why to the crazy hike but he explained it and then got it down to 25% of that for the next two years while also improving my Speed ! Awesome !
