Called cox they said take them to any cox store and this store said nope we can’t take them. So spend another day taking them to an ups store across town and one of the QR codes won’t work. First guy kept me on hold for 15 minutes kept saying almost done and I’ll send it over. Comes back on and says oh no I can’t so sending you to my level 2 team and that lady is like I can’t send you new QR code, I’d have to send an email to my backend team and they will have to follow up…… so I have spent days, gas, time and still no resolve!!!! So irritated
