Very disappointed, I was perfectly fine with my $90 a month internet few years later a stupid you lady called and said would be interested on lowering your bill to $70 dollars a month? And I said what’s the catch? She said nothing same service just lower your bill it’s our promotion. I said is not going to effect my signals or I would not have problems with my internet? She said nope. After that same day I started having problems with my signals. I let it ride for a couple months thinking it will get better, did not it got worse that I would lose a game that I am involved in because I lost internet. So I went to cox store where I opened my account from think they will put my old high speed line one. I got there and a young lady help me o explain to her what happened and she was just ready to close my account. But I guess they don’t need my business anymore. If I can give 0 star? I would.

Although the situation is very frustrating it is nice to know that there are people that actually care and will not just brush you off to not resolve the problem. We got 5 phones with Cox and 1 came defective. Customer Service was no help. Alex was a superstar in trying to get our issue resolved and finding a solution.

Your cable has an issue, they’re going to charge you $75 for someone to come look at it as if the monthly service isn’t high enough. Don’t recommend.
